This is a "Photoshopped" picture of a Swatch watch "Love Bite" (GN 176). This watch is a special Valentine's Day edition from 1998. On the strap (not in this picture) one can see Adam and Eve. The shape of the heart on the dial returns in the shape op the "Photoshopped" case.
